What I collect
This page is the privacy policy for cooperdelo.com and the private, sign-in-only tools I run on it. It also covers third-party API integrations (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Strava, etc.) that connect those services to my private dashboard.
I'm Cooper Delo, a solo creator. I built and personally operate everything on this domain. No company. No team. No third-party analytics vendor selling your data.
What this site collects from visitors
The public pages of cooperdelo.com are static HTML. They do not set cookies and do not log visitor IP addresses anywhere I control.
They do send a few first-party visit events to my own database, so I can see whether the site is useful: which page you opened and, on some pages, what you used (pulling a record from the shelf, how far you got through the Motion section, opening the film planner, clicking through to book a call or to PlugVerse). Each event carries a random id that lives in your browser tab for that one visit, the page path, the site that linked you here, and whether you're on a phone, tablet or desktop. No name, email address, IP address or browser fingerprint is stored, and nothing is shared or sold. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no events are sent at all.
The film planner keeps your notes in your own browser and never uploads them.
The contact popup ("Send me a message") saves what you send to my private database: the topic you picked, your name, the email address or Instagram handle you gave so I can reply, your message, and the page you sent it from. Nothing is sent until you press Send. If the message can't be saved, the popup offers Gmail or copying my address instead, and nothing is stored.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, request URL, user agent) for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting against abuse. Vercel's own privacy policy governs that data. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
My private tools
Some pages on this domain are private tools that only people I approve can sign in to. They read my own account data from services I connect, such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, so I can see it in one place. That data stays in my private database. I don't share it, sell it or use it for advertising.
Cookies, ads, and trackers
I do not run advertising. I do not embed third-party tracking pixels (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, none). The only cookies set anywhere on this domain are the session cookie used by my private sign-in, and that cookie is only ever set in my own browser.
How long I keep data
I keep API-synced data and personal records indefinitely while I'm actively using those tools. If I delete an integration or shut down a feature, the corresponding data is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
If you appear in a personal record I keep (e.g., a contact, a merch buyer, a person owed money), you can email me to ask what I have, request a copy, or ask me to delete it. I will respond within 14 days.
